Visitation, TUESDAY, September 28, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to  7:00 p.m. at Logan Square Funeral Home 

(parking at the cinema next door). 

 For everyone's health and safety, only 30 people will be allowed to enter to the funeral home at a time. 

Unlimited rotation is allowed. 

Everyone must wear a mask - regardless of vaccine.

No food or drink is allowed - because your mask must stay on at all times.

The family asks that you please come and stay only 10-15 minutes, so that others may also have a chance to enter. 

IMPORTANT: If you would like to order flowers for Ms. Donna, through this website, 

please place your order BEFORE MONDAY 12:00 p.m.  (9/27/21)

to ensure your order will be on time for the visitation.
