(estacionamiento en el cine de alado)

 

Por la seguridad y salud de todos solamente 

se permitirá 30 personas entrar a la funeraria.  

Si se permite rotación sin limite.

​Todos tendrán que usar mascara

aunque tengan la vacuna o no.

No se permite comida ni bebida asi 

para mantener la mascara puesta 

en todo momento.

 

La familia pide que 

por favor entren y estén

 solo 15 minutos

y salgan para así poder hacer 

rotación y dejar que los demás 

también puedan entrar.

IMPORTANTE:

Si gustan ordenar flores para 

el Sr. Luis, a travez de esta pagina,

favor de hacerlo ANTES de las 12:00 p.m.

del LUNES 12/27/21  para así asegurar de que 

estén atiempo en la funeraria 

para su velacion.

 

Pueden dejar sus condolencias

para la familia, agregar fotos y prender 

velas para su ser querido aquí en nuestra

pagina en el  Muro de Homenaje (Tribute Wall)

(si agregan fotos, tarda 24 horas para que aparezca en la pagina)

Visitation, Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to  7:00 p.m. at Logan Square Funeral Home 

(parking at the cinema next door). 

 

  For everyone's health and safety, only 30 people will be allowed to enter to the funeral home at a time. 

Unlimited rotation is allowed. 

Everyone must wear a mask - regardless of vaccine 

No food or drink is allowed - because your mask must stay on at all times.

The family asks that you please come and stay only 15 minutes, so that others may also have a chance to enter. 

IMPORTANT: If you would like to order flowers for Mr. Luis, through this website, please place your order BEFORE MONDAY 12:00 p.m.  (12/27/21)

to ensure your order will be on time for the visitation. 

You may leave your condolences for the family, add pictures and light a candle for your loved one  on this website on our Tribute Wall
